The Owners of Modac Door Handle all Sales and Customer Issues . We as owners have a Combined 30 plus years in Overhead and  Pedestrian Door experience . What we mean by experience is actual in the field service and install experience and we still work out in the field doing service and installations and have no intentions of changing how we do things.

OVERHEAD DOOR SERVICE AND INSTALLATION
We Install Haas Sectional Doors , Wayne Dalton Sectional and Rolling Steel and Overhead Door Brand Rolling steel doors.
We service all brands of sectional and rolling steel doors , Operators and related controls .
We stock most residential torsion springs and can get larger commercial springs next day and in some cases same day . We carry as many parts as we can on our service vehicles and can get almost any part next day .  


                                                                                          

AUTOMATIC PEDESTRIAN DOORS AND HOLLOW CORE STEEL DOORS .
We install Record - K/M System openers which we consider to be the best on the market .
We service all makes of swinging and sliding pedestrian doors , Stanley , Besam , Horton , Dor matic , Boone Edam Revolvers and all manual turning revolvers. We also service Manual ICU Doors and Storefront Aluminum entrances such as Kawneer , Vistawall  and Tubelite . We stock a complete line of replacement parts for automated and manual doors. Through our local supplier we install Curries Steel Pedestrian Doors which are proudly made in the USA . Our Technicians are AAADM certified Door Inspectors which means we are up to date and tested on all ANSI safety standards relating to automatic pedestrian doors. We also have extensive knowledge in Life Safety Code , Fire Egress and ADA Requirements . We also Have a good working knowledge of Simplex and Matrix card access systems as they apply to commercial settings.
